It’s a working fix for my rom and my S200 but I can’t guarantee it will always work.
You need to download Task Manager by FdcSoft and then install it.
Open the Task Manager and go to the Notification Tab, disable “repllog.exe” with this argument: AppRunAfterTimeChange.
